A massage for me with Connie is a combination of a therapeutic and a relaxation massage. When I leave her room I feel relaxed and ready for the day.
What I love most about Connie is her ability to make me feel comfortable and accepted for who I am. If I want to talk, she listens. If I want to be quiet, she’s quiet with me. I see her as the one true constant that helped me get back to a normal routine after my accident.
Simply put: Connie’s work is TRANSCENDENT! This healer is soooo worth waiting for, if you’re able. She was born to this work, this wisdom, this sharing.
I went to Connie for the first time because I had De Quervain’s tenosynovitis in my right hand. The pain was so bad it woke me up at night and I couldn’t open my thumb more than one inch. Mine was a repetitive motion injury caused by opening boxes with a knife during my job stock keeping at a local warehouse. My doctor recommended cortisone shots or surgery, neither of which I wanted. I took a “less conventional” course and decided to see if massage could help. Connie was attentive and respectful. She worked gently on my wrist and I could feel the tendon loosen as she did. Amazingly, much of my pain was relieved during the first session. Connie then coached me on how I could do my job differently to help me keep getting better and prevent a re-occurrence. It’s been over a year and I have no sign of De Quervain’s.
Dr. Nickels’ acupuncture provides fast and lasting elbow swelling. My primary doctor had relieved the painful swelling in my elbow, caused by an accident, by draining the blood and fluids from my elbow 3 times over a period of 6 weeks. The swelling always returned. After one 20 minute acupuncture session, with Dr. Nickels, my swelling subsided 75% in 12 hours. Within a week the swelling and discomfort were totally gone and has never reappeared. I highly recommend Dr. Melinda Nickels to anyone, especially to skeptics!
Acupuncture is a key element in the healing process. The healing of my life-long struggle with depression and self not OK-ness was greatly assisted through the acupuncture sessions that I received from Dr. Nickels. Each session opened a channel and restored flow, complementing the meditation and awareness practice that I had begun years ago. Dr. Nickels understands and practices the art of intuitive listening and healing. Heartfelt thanks.
Excellent! Dr. Nickels spent a great deal of time in understanding what my health and pain issues are and worked to develop a treatment plan for me. She is working within all of my limitations and restrictions with extreme care and compassion. Even though I have only had one acupuncture treatment so far I have felt relief. I would highly recommend Dr. Nickels.
The Best! Dr. Nickels is very patient, listens to what you have to say and is absolutely the best! Try her you will love her.
Dr. Neale – I am always more than satisfied when meeting with you. You are such a positive force in my life as I value all your skills and attention!
Thank you Dr. Neale for listening to me and working with me to improve my health. I feel very pleased with my progress and I am hopeful that my health will get better over the next few months. I appreciate the amount of time that you give to me during our appointments and that you also listen to my individual situation and offer wisdom and insight. Thank you!
Dr. Neale provides a very relaxed positive experience. I left feeling confident and excited to move forward. I love the fact that she listens so patiently; it is not as common anymore for one on one care and concern. Dr Neale provides that in her practice.
I wanted to let you know that I am feeling better than I have in years. My skin reaction is gone. It is so nice not to feel my skin constantly. I had no idea that something as simple as diet change could do this. Of course, I have not been loyal to the smoothie and am still trying to find the mojo to commit to working out. I have abandoned my daily bread, but I am allowing myself the slow pace. I can’t thank you enough for leading me to this solution.
Dr. Neale operates from a place of high integrity. Her patients’ well-being is her first priority. She is very dependable.
I play racquetball and golf, and had injured myself doing some handyman work. I was not getting better, so MovePT was recommended by my massage therapist. At my first appointment, I described the issue and Dr. Jeni watched me move. We immediately started addressing what I needed to do to improve, and I was given practical skills to move forward. After 3 visits, I am back to playing racquetball and gripping a golf club without pain.
My daughter Violet has been seeing Dr. Jeni Gall since she was 8 months old. When Violet turned one, she was diagnosed with a brain condition called Pachygyria. Jeni has played a major role in helping our little girl along. She clearly loves what she does. I am thankful for her knowledge and highly recommend her to anyone in need of physical therapy.
Jeni Gall of MovePT is a wonderful person to work with. Her mission is to stop injuries before they happen by teaching you to move and work in slightly different ways that put less strain on your body. The diesel mechanic industry is known for using big muscle to do the job. Jeni’s humor helps my entire staff feel at ease, so they listen to what she has to say and actually practice new techniques to stay healthy.
Nearly 40 years ago I ruptured my Achilles tendon at work and required surgery. Recently, I strained that same tendon and was on crutches and unable to work for six weeks. I went to see Dr. Gall and she used a tool to break up the extensive scar tissue and taught me how to move without pain. I now have more flexibility than I did prior to the strain and absolutely no pain. I could not be more pleased with the results and am very grateful to be pain free and to have full mobility.
